Just go to Admin > Manage > Pages.

Then on the template, this is the code to have a link to your page:

<a href="{$my_base_url}{$my_pligg_base}/page.php?page=VALUE_OF_PAGE_URL_YOU_CREATED">LINK TEXT</a>

I'm looking for a more efficient way to have a pages drop down menu like the user setting dropdown options. I had this done in my last custom theme, when I added a page it automatically showed up for me.

Our templates doesn't have that feature and it doesn't come default in Pligg. You need to manually create a link to your created pages.

This is a theme issue, again pligg has added an element, you need to implement it into the theme. This is not out of scope! Pligg has pages to use, your theme is ignoring them making us add code to show them, this is ridiculous Rmail!
